Every FBEE hand warmer is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What's Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Battery failure under normal use
- Heating element malfunction
What's Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Water damage beyond IPX4 splash resistance
How to Make a Claim:
Email us at support@fbee.shop with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.
If your claim is approved, we'll repair or replace your product at no charge.
